  • Work with
  • Tuning CICS Regions for optimal performance
  • You provide technology leadership in Oracle LDAP(ODSEE), Red Hat LDAP, CA Directory, CA SiteMinder, CA Identity Manager, CA Web Agents, Design and implement Federation Agreements
  • Manages the day to day support of the CICS Transaction Server on z/OS
  • Ongoing maintenance/support of the entire BBH web infrastructure including the production Internet and intranet sites. This includes performing regularly scheduled maintenance, monitoring and troubleshooting problems and performance tuning, addressing security issues, and developing/implementing standards, policies, and procedures
  • Analyze production environment to detect critical deficiencies and recommend solutions for improvement
  • Lifecycle management of system and middleware components that are used by the SEI Wealth Platform
  • Working knowledge of PCI compliance and patch management
  • Working knowledge of network security
  • Working knowledge of change control toolsets (PVCS, WLST, ANT Build Scripts)
  • Working knowledge of monitoring toolsets (OEM Grid Control, Dynatrace, Solarwinds)
  • Act as last level of escalation on the Technical services team for all system/middleware issues and assist in incident resolution and problem management
  • Collaborate with the development teams on the platform and provide recommendations and guidance on solutions where there is a strong intersection between code and system/middleware configuration
  • Manages middleware/application support personnel assigned for the team
  • Remains informed of job-related issues through networking, training programs, seminars and trade publications
  • You improve operating procedures and engineering patterns
  • You provide input to project planning, estimation, budget, resource, and technology planning
  • Provides technical and procedural training, coaching and guidance to support team
  • Manages client impacting incidents including business impact assessment, technical resolution, engagement, and communications
  • Manage 24x7 shift transition
  • Perform maintenance for Automated Telephone System - including isolating traffic to mitigate impact
