Job Description
Position: Senior Metallurgist
Experience: 8-10 Years
Location: Maharashtra
Qualification:
- BE/B.Tech (Metallurgy) OR B.Sc. (Inorganic Chemistry)
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage extraction metallurgy and melting operations.
- Handle production of Ferro Molybdenum and Ferro Chrome alloys.
- Optimize production processes to improve yield and recovery.
- Reduce raw material consumption and operational costs.
- Implement process improvements and quality assurance practices.
- Drive shop-floor innovation and automation initiatives.
- Coordinate with production teams to achieve operational targets.
- preference for experience in the ferroalloys, metals, mining, or engineering industries.
