Job Description:

The Hustler Collective is looking for a skilled Facebook- Meta Ads Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. The role requires hands-on experience in performance marketing, audience targeting, and campaign scaling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns
• Manage ad budgets and improve ROAS and conversions
• Create and test ad creatives, copies, and audiences
• Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports
• Stay updated with Meta ad policies and trends

Requirements:

• Proven experience running Meta Ads campaigns
• Strong understanding of targeting, retargeting, and scaling strategies
• Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns for performance

Work Details:

• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
• Timings: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM
• Off: 1st & 3rd Saturday
