We're Hiring: Senior MES Solution Architect

Location: Mumbai – (Client location – 5 day/week)

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior MES Solution Architect to design and implement Manufacturing Execution System (MES) solutions for global manufacturing environments. This role requires deep expertise in MES platforms, integration with ERP and shop-floor systems, and strong leadership in solution architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of MES solutions aligned with business and manufacturing requirements

• Define system integration strategies between MES, ERP, and OT systems

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for MES implementation

• Provide technical leadership during deployment, testing, and go-live phases

• Mentor teams and support knowledge transfer for MES technologies

• Stay updated on emerging MES trends and digital manufacturing innovations

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 10+ years in MES implementation, with at least 5 years in solution architecture

• Expertise in MES platforms (e.g., Siemens Opcenter, Rockwell FactoryTalk, Dassault DELMIA, Apriso)

• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, shop-floor automation, and OT/IT integration

• Familiarity with ISA-95 standards and integration with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)

• Knowledge of SQL, .NET, Java, and web technologies for customization

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Good to Have:

• Experience with cloud-based MES solutions and Industrial IoT

• Certifications in MES or digital manufacturing platforms
