About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and self-driven Senior MERN Stack Developer who can take ownership of complex web applications, lead technical initiatives, and contribute across the complete software development lifecycle.
This is not just a development role. You will be involved in architecture decisions, cloud infrastructure, deployment strategies, performance optimization, security implementation, and mentoring developers while working on scalable SaaS products and enterprise-grade applications.

What You'll Be Doing
Full Stack Development
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using:
- React.js
- Next.js
- Node.js
- Express.js
- MongoDB
- Build reusable, high-performance frontend components and backend services.
- Develop and integrate secure RESTful APIs.
- Write clean, maintainable, and production-ready code.
Cloud & Infrastructure Management
- Deploy, monitor, and scale applications on AWS.
- Manage:
- EC2
- S3
- Lambda
- API Gateway
- CloudWatch
- IAM
- RDS
- MongoDB Atlas
- Configure domains, DNS, SSL certificates, backups, server security, and uptime monitoring.
- Implement deployment automation and CI/CD pipelines.
DevOps & Deployment
- Manage Vercel deployments for React and Next.js applications.
- Configure environments, build pipelines, and release workflows.
- Optimize application performance, availability, and scalability.
Technical Leadership
- Lead feature development from requirement gathering to deployment.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
- Resolve architecture challenges and technical blockers.
- Review code and enforce engineering best practices.
- Manage multiple releases and production deployments.
Application Maintenance & Optimization
- Reverse engineer existing applications and improve reliability.
- Troubleshoot complex issues across frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
- Implement logging, monitoring, alerting, and performance optimization.
- Ensure application security, stability, and maintainability.
