Senior Merchandising Manager / Merchandising Manager Apparel

What you will be responsible for:

• Manage apparel orders from development through production and shipment for assigned customers
• Work closely with customers, factories, and suppliers to ensure timely sample development and order execution
• Prepare and negotiate product costings to achieve competitive pricing and target margins
• Coordinate sourcing of fabrics, trims, and finished products in line with customer requirements
• Monitor production status, critical path milestones, and shipment schedules to ensure on-time delivery
• Follow up with vendors and manufacturing partners to resolve production, quality, and delivery issues
• Ensure customer requirements and quality standards are met throughout the order lifecycle
• Maintain regular communication on order status, development progress, and shipment updates

What we are looking for:

• 20+ years in apparel merchandising
• Extensive exposure to EU/US retail customers
• Strong expertise in costing, sourcing, and supplier management
• Proven ability to drive on-time delivery, quality standards, and margin performance
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end production follow-up, development, critical path management

Nice to have:

Experience in costing and sourcing for value retail customers with a reputed agency or trading organization will be an added advantage.
