Role Description
This is a full-time Senior Merchandiser position located on-site in New Delhi. The Senior Merchandiser will be responsible for developing and managing merchandising strategies, coordinating with customers to understand their needs, and maintaining a strong relationship with clients. Responsibilities include monitoring sales performance, ensuring product availability, collaborating with design and production teams, and devising strategies to improve customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role includes overseeing sales targets and ensuring compliance with retail and marketing objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships effectively.
- Expertise in Sales and Retail operations, including achieving targets and managing inventory.
- Experience in implementing effective Marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
- Organizational and leadership skills for managing cross-functional teams and ensuring timely delivery.
- Relevant experience in the field of merchandising or retail management is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
