Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Merchandiser at our Jaipur location. The Senior Merchandiser will oversee merchandising strategies, liaise with clients, and work towards achieving organizational sales goals. The role involves handling customer relationships, collaborating with suppliers, ensuring merchandising plans align with market demands, and coordinating closely with the marketing and sales teams to maximize retail performance.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs
- Proficiency in Sales and Retail management with a proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage inventory
- Knowledge of Marketing strategy and tactics relevant to retail and merchandising
- Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills
- Prior experience in a merchandising or sales-related role preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
