Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Merchandiser located in New Delhi. The Senior Merchandiser will oversee inventory management, work closely with suppliers and vendors, and analyze market trends to optimize product offerings. They will also handle client communications, coordinate with sales teams, ensure timely delivery of products, and contribute to achieving sales and performance targets.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service and Communication to engage with clients and resolve queries efficiently
- Experience in Sales and Retail operations to drive revenue and manage store/product performance
- Knowledge of Marketing strategies to identify trends and enhance merchandising efforts
- Ability to analyze data and implement merchandising plans to maximize profitability
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Proven experience in merchandising or a similar role
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
