Senior Merchandiser

1 Duties & Responsibilities:

Actively involved with the Buyers for day to day correspondence and updating them with the detailed status of their orders and sampling.

To ensure all sampling and production happens in a timely and perfect manner, Samples should be checked as per buyer requirement before dispatch.

Checking all the details in the order sheet once received form buyer. Communicate with buyer reg. any discrepancy in the order sheet.

Should resolve all the concerns or queries related to new development.

Updating TNA and Costing.

Fabric and trim ordering for production.

To ensure materials are booked as per the order requirement.

Issues production file to factory on time.

Attends pre-production meetings & gives clarity/ approvals on fabric, trims & accessories.

Work with factories on production planning to ensure on-time delivery.

Provides required documents to EXIM department.

Supervising and training junior staff.
