About the Role

At Hi-style India Private Limited, merchandising is not about filling shelves, it is about curating a high-value retail experience.

As Senior Merchandiser, you will own the product story on the shop floor. From assortment planning and depth control to visual flow and replenishment, your responsibility is to ensure that every product displayed is intentional, relevant, and commercially strong.

You will work closely with the Store Manager, buying teams, and leadership to keep the store feeling edited, premium, and customer-ready at all times.

What You'll Do

Curate the right product mix aligned with HiStyle's customer profile, category focus, and price architecture

Plan category-wise depth and size runs to ensure availability of key sellers while minimising excess stock

Own visual product flow across categories, ensuring clarity, balance, and premium presentation

Monitor sell-through, ageing inventory, and slow movers; recommend rotations, styling changes, or push strategies

Coordinate with buying, sourcing, and operations teams on replenishments, new arrivals, and planned exits

Align merchandising plans with seasonality, weddings, festivals, and key retail moments

Maintain strict discipline on VM standards, rack density, colour flow, and store presentation

Who You Are

Strong merchandising fundamentals combined with the drive to learn, take ownership, and continuously raise standards

Good understanding of fabrics, fits, construction, and premium fashion positioning

Commercially sharp able to read data, customer behaviour, and floor performance

Detail-oriented with a strong visual and aesthetic sensibility

Structured, proactive, and comfortable working cross-functionally

Passionate about building a premium retail experience rather than volume-led or discount-driven selling
