About the Role
We are looking for an experienced professional to take end-to-end ownership of assortment, inventory and category performance across our offline and online channels.
The role will work closely with the Category Lead and cross functional teams to plan the business, optimize inventory and drive growth across channels.
Key Responsibilities
● Own merchandising across offline and online channels, including assortment, range and SKU productivity.
● Drive inventory planning and management, including demand planning, replenishment and inventory health.
● Own category budgets, sales plans and inventory targets and track performance against them.
● Analyse sales, inventory, sell-through and SKU-level performance to identify opportunities and take corrective actions.
● Drive new launches, assortment expansion and range optimisation based on customer and business insights.
● Partner with Supply Chain, Operations, Stores, Marketing and other teams to ensure smooth execution.
● Identify opportunities to improve sales, margins, inventory productivity and overall category performance.
What We're Looking For
● 2+ years of experience in Merchandising, Category Management, Retail Planning,
Buying or a similar role.
● High ownership and bias for action, with the ability to independently drive work
and take accountability for outcomes.
● Strong analytical and commercial acumen, with a good understanding of sales,
inventory and profitability.
● Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills; proficiency in AI tools for analysis and
productivity is a plus.
● Strong ownership and ability to independently manage multiple priorities.
● Good understanding of retail and customer behaviour.
● Jewellery experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
