We are looking for a highly skilled, full-time Senior Merchandiser for garments at Knya. This on-site role is based in Mumbai and will involve overseeing end-to-end merchandising processes, from product development to production coordination. Responsibilities include liaising with clients, ensuring product quality meets standards, managing customer orders, and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and suppliers. The Senior Merchandiser will also provide support in analyzing sales data to drive strategies and optimize market offerings.

• Strong expertise in Communication and Customer Service to effectively coordinate with clients, suppliers, and teams
• Knowledge of Sales and Retail to understand market demands and support business growth
• Experience in Marketing practices to develop and implement effective merchandising strategies
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with an eye for detail
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in the garment industry or a related field is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus
