Senior Merchandiser
Experience: 6–8 years
- Manage key international customer accounts and drive order growth.
- Coordinate product development, costing, and order execution.
- Work closely with design, sourcing, and production teams to ensure on-time delivery.
- Handle customer communication, negotiations, and business reviews.
- Drive conversion of developments into bulk orders while ensuring profitability.
- Monitor quality, delivery, and customer satisfaction throughout the order lifecycle.
- Identify opportunities for business expansion and category growth.
Preferred Profile
- Experience working with leading international apparel brands, especially Ralph Lauren, is highly preferred.
- Strong background in apparel export merchandising.
- Excellent customer management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple programs in a fast-paced environment.
