Senior MEP Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior MEP Engineer to lead and manage the design, coordination, and site execution of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works for large-scale projects, including corporate offices, commercial complexes, and high-rise buildings. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in delivering integrated HVAC, fire-fighting, water treatment (WTP), and sewage treatment (STP) systems, ensuring adherence to project requirements, codes, and industry standards.

Desired candidate profile:

Review and interpret MEP design drawings, shop drawings, and project specifications.

Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, contractors, and interior teams to resolve design and execution clashes.

Ensure HVAC capacity, electrical load, water demand, and fire safety systems align with project requirements.

Oversee contractor performance, manpower deployment, and ensure proper sequencing of MEP works to avoid delays.

Conduct verification of materials, equipment, and workmanship to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.

Provide technical support during all stages of project execution and handover.

Ensure compliance with local and international codes, standards, and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (Specialization)

Master's in Building Services, MEP Engineering, or Project Management (Preferred)

Proficiency in MEP design software: AutoCAD MEP, Revit, HAP (Preferred)

Experience:

5–12 years of overall experience in MEP design, coordination, and execution.

5–7 years in a senior or lead role managing MEP systems for large-scale commercial or high-rise building projects.

Proven experience with HVAC, fire-fighting systems, WTP, STP, and integrated MEP solutions.
