Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced BIM MEP Modeler to develop and manage high-quality 3D models for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems using BIM tools. The candidate should have strong coordination skills and experience working on LOD 300 to LOD 500 projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Create and develop detailed MEP BIM models using Revit.
- Work on projects with LOD 300, LOD 400, and LOD 500 requirements.
- Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks.
- Collaborate with architects, structural teams, and project stakeholders.
- Prepare shop drawings, as-built drawings, and BOQs.
- Ensure models comply with project standards and BIM execution plans (BEP).
- Handle model quality checks (QC) and maintain accuracy.
- Coordinate with site teams for design updates and revisions.
- Manage and update BIM families and templates.
Required Skills:- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit (MEP).
- Experience with Navisworks for clash detection.
- Good understanding of MEP systems (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing).
- Knowledge of BIM standards, LODs, and workflows.
- Ability to read and interpret 2D drawings and specifications.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:- Must have 5+years expirience
- Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Engineering.
- Experience working on international projects is an advantage.
