Responsibilities And Priorities:
- Develop and enhance core AI infrastructure and Generative AI applications.
- Build solutions that improve developer productivity and operational efficiency.
- Enable seamless integration of large language models (LLMs) and AI capabilities across business functions.
- Understand the technical needs of diverse teams and translate them into scalable AI solutions.
- Evaluate and integrate open-source AI technologies and frameworks.
- Oversee the end-to-end development lifecycle of Generative AI tools and infrastructure.
- Solve complex technical problems while ensuring high-quality project delivery.
- Support rapid experimentation and adoption of emerging AI technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to drive AI innovation and implementation.
- Contribute to the development of reusable AI components and developer-focused applications.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of relevant software development experience.
- Hands-on exposure to Generative AI projects.
- Strong understanding of modern software engineering principles.
- Ability to evaluate and integrate emerging AI technologies.
