Role Summary
The Senior Member – Talent Acquisition is responsible for end‑to‑end recruitment delivery, stakeholder management, process adherence, and mentoring recruiters to meet business hiring needs, including niche and critical roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for lateral, niche, and critical roles across assigned business units
- Partner closely with stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and align on role expectations
- Drive closure of high‑priority and long‑pending positions, including niche skill requirements
- Ensure strict adherence to Talent Acquisition processes, approval matrices, and compliance standards
- Maintain accurate and timely updates in ATS tools (Kenexa/TA tools) across the hiring lifecycle
- Roll out offers only after completion of mandatory approvals and validations
- Mentor and guide recruiters on recruitment processes, tools, and best practices
- Track hiring progress, pipeline health, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
- Support diversity hiring goals and ensure compliance with organizational D&I guidelines
- Contribute to continuous improvement through process optimization and assessment enhancements
