Position Summary: We are looking for aFull Stack Senior Member of Technical Staff - Software Developmentto join ourathenahealth Insights teamwithin thePlatform divisionat ourBangalore location.

About You: You are an engineer with experience buildingfull stack visualization platforms. You are anexcellent communicator, capable of quickly understanding thecomplex healthcare domain. You are atenacious yet agile learnerwho demonstratesdesign and engineering excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Produceaccurate, clear technical design specifications
• Deliverhigh-quality software components and services, adhering tosecurity,performance,longevity, andintegration testingstandards
• Estimate development tasks instory pointswith a goal of80% accuracy
• Followcoding conventions,architecture standards, andbest practices
• Write, debug, and deploy codeto production delivertimely fixes
• Adhere toDefinition of Done (DoD)includingunit tests,functional testing,code reviews,bug fixes,documentation
• Performpeer code reviews
• Masterdomain knowledge
• Takeownershipof team deliverables post-release focus oncustomer adoption
• Contribute toagile ceremoniesandscrum meetings(daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
• Collaborate acrossTechnology and Product teams
• Build strong relationships withcross-functional team members

Education, Experience & Skills Required

• Minimum 5+ yearsof experience in an engineering role
• Experience in anAgile environmentpreferred
• Bachelor's degreeor equivalent
• Strongsoftware engineeringanddebugging skills
• Experience developing and maintainingmicroservicesandweb applications
• Capable of contributing tofront-endandback-enddevelopment
• Proficiency in at least onecore programming language(e.g.,C++,Java,C#)
• Strong working knowledge ofPythonandNode.js/JavaScript
• Familiarity withSQLorNoSQL databases exposure tobig data systemsorOLAP databasesis a plus
• Experience withobject-oriented programming,relational databases,RESTful APIs,microservices, andmodern JS frameworkslikeReact
• Exposure tocloud-based service developmentAWSexperience is a plus
