Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Senior Member of Technical Staff. The role involves designing and developing scalable software solutions, architecting and implementing algorithms for data processing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to address technical challenges. Responsibilities also include optimizing system performance, guiding junior team members, and contributing to strategic technology decisions to advance the platform's capabilities.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in software development, coding, and debugging
• Experience with system architecture design, scalability, and performance optimization
• Understanding of AI/ML frameworks and data processing techniques
• Ability to lead technical projects and mentor junior engineers
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills
• Experience with cloud platforms and large-scale distributed systems is a plus
• PHD, Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Previous experience in a deep tech or data-focused environment is highly desirable
