  • Ability to lead business analysis activities, including requirements gathering, sprint planning, estimation, and stakeholder management
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills across cross-functional teams
  • Proven ability to collaborate closely with software development teams and business stakeholders to drive project delivery
  • Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on software development experience in any programming language (mandatory)
  • Strong articulation, presentation, and communication skills
  • Exposure to the Generative AI space (atleast 6 months) Must have worked with GenAI projects or must be currently working on GenAI projects/Products

Good To Have

  • Certifications related to program management, such as an PMP
