Responsibilities
- Listen to and transcribe physician dictations into written reports
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with hospital documentation standards
- Edit and proofread medical documents for clarity and correctness
- Support MRD/Health Information Management in maintaining patient records
Qualifications
- Graduate/Diploma in Medical Transcription or related field
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and documentation practices
- Good typing speed, attention to detail, and confidentiality awareness
