Role Description The Senior MR (Medical Representative) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The role involves promoting Cosma Health's non-hormonal therapeutic products to healthcare professionals, building strong relationships with doctors, clinics, and hospitals, and ensuring accurate scientific communication. The Senior MR will plan and execute field visits, organize product presentations, and gather market insights to support sales strategies and brand positioning. Daily responsibilities include achieving sales targets, maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, coordinating with internal teams for timely supply, and reporting performance and market feedback to management. The role also requires participating in medical conferences, training sessions, and other professional events to enhance product awareness and professional networks.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills for engaging with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
• Proven abilities in sales, territory management, and relationship building within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
• Solid understanding of medical terminology, women's health concepts, and the ability to learn and convey product science accurately.
• Skills in planning, time management, and reporting, including maintaining detailed visit records and using basic digital tools.
• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field; prior experience as an MR or Senior MR is highly preferred.
• Comfort with fieldwork, frequent healthcare facility visits, and working in an on-site, team-oriented environment in Noida.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and customer-centric approach aligned with Cosma Health's mission in women's health.
