Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Medical Coder with expertise in Evaluation & Management (E/M), Emergency Department (ED), and Surgery coding. The candidate will be responsible for accurate CPT, ICD-10-CM, and HCPCS coding, ensuring compliance with coding guidelines, payer regulations, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and assign accurate E/M, ED, and Surgery codes.
• Ensure compliance with ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS guidelines.
• Perform coding audits and maintain quality benchmarks.
• Analyze physician documentation and query providers when required.
• Support productivity, accuracy, and revenue cycle objectives.

Requirements:

• medical coding experience in E/M, ED, and Surgery.
• Certification preferred: CPC, CCS, COC, or CIC.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and coding regulations.
• Experience with EMR/EHR systems and coding software
