About the Role
We're seeking a Meta Ads expert with deep expertise in Facebook, Instagram, and Messenger advertising to drive our lead generation and growth strategy. You'll own our Meta advertising campaigns (70% of your focus) while supporting our Google Ads initiatives (30%) to deliver measurable ROI for our B2B SaaS products.

Key Responsibilities
Meta Ads Campaign Management (Primary Focus)
- Plan, launch, and scale lead generation campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and Messenger
- Develop and execute advanced audience strategies using Custom Audiences, Lookalike Audiences, and Advantage+ campaigns
- Design and implement creative testing frameworks for ad copy, visuals, video content, and ad formats
- Master Meta's conversion tracking, pixel implementation, and attribution models
- Optimize campaigns daily using Meta Ads Manager to improve CPL, CPA, and ROAS
- Stay ahead of Meta platform updates, algorithm changes, and new features
Google Ads Support (Secondary Focus)
- Manage Google Search and Display campaigns to complement Meta efforts
- Support YouTube advertising initiatives and optimization
- Ensure proper tracking and attribution across Google platforms
Performance Analysis & Optimization
- Conduct sophisticated A/B and multivariate testing on targeting, creatives, placements, and bidding strategies
- Analyze campaign data to extract actionable insights and identify scaling opportunities
- Build custom dashboards and reports in Google Sheets to track performance metrics
- Present weekly performance reviews with data-driven recommendations
Creative Strategy & Collaboration
- Write persuasive ad copy tailored to different audience segments and funnel stages
- Collaborate with designers on static and video ad concepts that stop the scroll
- Analyze competitor creative strategies using Facebook Ads Library
- Work closely with the marketing team to align paid social with broader campaigns
Required Qualifications
Meta Ads Expertise (Must Have)
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns with proven results
- Deep understanding of Meta's Business Manager, Ads Manager, and Events Manager
- Proven track record of scaling campaigns from 50K/month to 5L+/month budgets
- Expert-level knowledge of Meta pixel implementation, custom conversions, and API integration
- Strong experience with dynamic creative, Advantage+ shopping/app campaigns, and catalog ads
- Demonstrated success in lead generation campaigns for B2B or education sectors (preferred)
- Understanding of iOS 14+ changes and privacy-focused attribution strategies
Google Ads Knowledge (Good to Have)
- Working knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Display, or YouTube)
- Basic understanding of Google Analytics and conversion tracking
- Experience with responsive search ads and audience targeting
Technical & Analytical Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Strong understanding of conversion funnel optimization and landing page best practices
- Experience with CRM integration and lead tracking systems
- Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into creative and targeting strategies
Soft Skills
- Excellent copywriting skills with understanding of persuasion principles
