Senior Media Buyer

We're looking for a Senior Media Buyer who knows how to scale winning campaigns, not just run ads. You'll be responsible for managing and growing paid media across multiple Shopify stores, primarily on Meta.

This role is for someone who understands performance marketing deeply and can take ownership of revenue, not just ad accounts.

• Launch and manage Meta ad campaigns across multiple brands
• Test creatives aggressively (1020+ creatives per week per product)
• Identify winning ads based on early metrics (CTR, CPC, hook rate, etc.)
• Scale campaigns using CBO, ABO, and cost control strategies
• Optimize funnels (landing page checkout upsells) for better ROAS
• Work closely with creative team to brief, iterate, and improve ad creatives
• Analyze performance daily and take quick decisions (scale / kill / tweak)
• Manage multiple ad accounts and ensure account health
• Maintain tracking and reporting (ROAS, CPA, AOV, profit)

• 35+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
• Proven experience managing 50L1Cr+ monthly ad spend (Meta preferred)
• Strong understanding of direct response marketing
• Ability to think in terms of numbers, not opinions
• Experience with Shopify/D2C brands is a big plus
• Deep understanding of creative testing and scaling frameworks
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• No hand-holding mindset ownership is key

• Experience with TikTok / Google Ads
• Familiarity with tools like Triple Whale, Hyros, etc.

• Work From Office (Thane)
• Monday to Saturday
• 10 AM 7 PM

• 1L 1.5L/month (depending on experience)
