We are looking for a technical marketer who is ready to handle the pressure and precision required for managing monthly ad spends scaling up to 30 Crores+.
The Role
We are seeking a Senior Media Buyer who goes beyond the Boost Post button. We need a technical strategist who understands the deep mechanics of the ad ecosystem.
You will not just be running ads; you will be engineering the infrastructure behind them. This role requires a candidate who is comfortable with high-stakes budget management and understands the nitty-gritty of tracking, attribution, and optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- High-Volume Budget Management: Strategize, allocate, and optimize campaign budgets with the capability to handle monthly spends of 1 Crore+ efficiently, ensuring stable ROAS at scale.
- Advanced Technical Setup: Go beyond basic pixel installation. Implement and manage Server-Side Tracking (CAPI), Offline Conversion Tracking, and complex Google Tag Manager (GTM) containers to ensure 100% data accuracy.
- Deep-Dive Optimization: Analyze granular data points (Search Terms, Auction Insights, Frequency Cap, Attribution Windows) to cut wasted spend and scale winning ad sets.
- Multi-Platform Mastery: Execute sophisticated campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Discovery).
- Funnel Engineering: Build and troubleshoot full-funnel tracking to measure the patient journey from the first click to the final procedure/appointment.
- Reporting & Analytics: Use Looker Studio (Data Studio) and advanced analytics tools to visualize complex data for stakeholders.
Technical Qualifications (Must Haves)
- Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, specifically with high-budget accounts.
- Budget Proficiency: Demonstrated ability or confidence in handling large-scale monthly ad spends (30 Crores+).
- Technical Mastery:
- Expert-level knowledge of Google Tag Manager (GTM) (Triggers, Variables, Data Layer).
- Deep understanding of Meta Conversions API (CAPI) and Event Match Quality.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) custom reporting and exploration.
- Strategic Skills: Ability to design complex campaign structures (SKAGs, Waterfall, etc.) and A/B testing frameworks with statistical significance.
- Healthcare Context: Understanding of sensitive category policies (medical restrictions) on Google and Meta is a strong advantage.
