About the Role
We're hiring a handsonMedia Buyerwho can plan, launch, andstrategically scaleMeta & Google campaigns to drivequalified consultationsfor healthcare brands. You'll own both execution and strategyturning budgets into predictable revenue while maintaining compliance and data hygiene.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the Paid Growth Strategyfor assigned clinics: market sizing, offer positioning, channel mix, and experimentation roadmap.
- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns onMeta (Lead/Conversion)andGoogle (Search, PMax, Display, YouTube)across multiple cities.
- Buildkeyword/audiencestrategies, write highconverting ad copies & hooks; brief & review creatives.
- Implement accurateconversion tracking(Pixels, GTM, GA4), set upoffline conversions(GCLID/FBCLID/Lead ID) and CRM routing (TeleCRM/Zoho/WhatsApp).
- Daily optimization: bids, budgets, placements, negatives, frequency, andA/B testing.
- DriveCROon landing pages (load speed, trust signals, forms, CTA hierarchy) with web/design.
- Maintain cleanSOPs & naming conventions; ship weekly reports withCPL, CPA, ROAS, bookings.
- Ensurepolicy & privacycompliance for healthcare verticals.
- Collaborate with CSMs & Sales to improvelead quality appointment showups.
MustHave Skills
- Proven handson Meta & Google Ads experience withleadgen at scale.
- Strong analytics: explain movements inCTR/CVR/CPL/CPAwith data and clear next actions.
- GA4, GTM, Pixelimplementation, UTM hygiene, Sheets/Excel proficiency.
- Clear communication, speed, and multiaccount prioritization.
- Healthcare performance marketingexposure is a big plus.
- TeleCRM/Zoho, call tracking, WhatsApp flow automation.
- Basic CRO (Hotjar/Clarity insights, form tests),n8n/Zapierexposure, basic HTML.
- Tamil proficiency (many clients are TNbased).
