Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Media Buyer with strong expertise in Lead Generation and Pay Per Call campaigns across Google, Meta, and other performance channels. The ideal candidate should excel at driving high-intent inbound calls, delivering quality leads, optimizing CPL/CPA, and managing large budgets with precision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, launch, and optimize Pay Per Calland Lead Generation campaigns across Google, Meta, Native, and other performance channels on verticals like Debt, Home Improvement, BFSI, travel, etc.
  • Manage the complete campaign lifecycle setup, tracking, routing, quality monitoring, reporting, and optimization.
  • Use advanced tracking tools such as RedTrack, Everflow, Ringba, Hyros, etc., for real-time call tracking, attribution, and performance insights.
  • Conduct continuous A/B testing across ads, creatives, keywords, audiences, and landing pages to improve call volume and reduce CPL/CPA.
  • Analyze KPIs, including Call Quality, CVR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and take data-backed optimization decisions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine funnels, IVR flows, landers, and routing strategies to maximize call conversion.
  • Ensure all campaigns comply with platform policies, vertical regulations, and Pay Per Call standards.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, compliance norms, tools, and ad-tech innovations.

Requirements
  • 7+ years of proven experience in Lead Generation & Pay Per Call (PPC) campaign management.
  • Deep understanding of key performance metrics: CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, Call Conversion, and profitability frameworks.
  • Advanced hands-on experience with:
  • Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
  • Meta Ads
  • Native platforms (Taboola, Outbrain, RevContent, etc.)

  • Call-tracking & attribution tools: RedTrack, Everflow, Ringba, Hyros, CallRail, etc.
  • Strong experience with attribution modelling, call routing, IVR logic, and analytics platforms.
  • Sharp analytical skills with the ability to read data, derive insights, and execute rapid optimizations.
  • Ability to manage high budgets with accountability, ownership, and strategic thinking.
