About Digital Nexon

We're a marketing agency based in Sector 2, Noida, running affiliate and performance campaigns across multiple verticals and platforms. We're growing our media buying team and need a senior buyer who can own accounts, scale them, and help train the people under them.

The Role

You'll run live campaigns with large budgets and be accountable for the results. You'll make the scale-or-kill calls, guide junior buyers on structure and optimization, and work directly with the founder on strategy.

You will:

• Launch, manage, and scale campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Bigo, Newsbreak, and Google
• Own performance across pay-per-call, CPL, VSL, and Ecom affiliate offers
• Track EPC, CPL, ROI, and payouts daily and make fast optimization decisions
• Guide and review the work of junior media buyers
• Work with networks and advertisers on offer performance, caps, and payouts

The Fixed Requirements (please self-check before applying)

• Experience: 3+ years of hands-on affiliate media buying with real ad spend. Assisting or studying doesn't count.
• Offer types: direct experience in at least two of pay-per-call, CPL, VSL, or Ecom affiliate
• Platforms: proven campaigns on at least two of Meta, TikTok, Bigo, Newsbreak, or Google
• Verticals (strongly preferred): home services, auto insurance, home insurance, or Medicare
• Tracking: working knowledge of RedTrack, Voluum, or similar tools
• Location: Sector 2, Noida, on-site. Not remote, not hybrid.
• Working hours: 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM. This shift is fixed.
• Compensation: Base pay based on your experience and results, plus performance-based incentives, discussed at interview
• Start: Immediate joiners preferred

• Someone who talks in numbers (EPC, ROI, payout, offer caps) and can show past results
• A track record of scaling campaigns, not just launching them
• Sharp instincts on when to scale, when to kill, and why
• Comfort mentoring juniors without slowing your own work
