Senior Media Buyer - Performance Marketing
Location: Gurugram (On-site)

What you'll do
- Independently manage and scale campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, DSPs, and Native platforms
- Plan, launch, optimize, and analyze paid campaigns end-to-end
- Handle and understand campaign models including CPA, CPL, CPI, CPC & CPS
- Monitor and improve ROI, ROAS, CAC, CTR, and profit margins
- Handle budget allocation, bid strategies, audience targeting, and campaign scaling
- Work closely with creative and strategy teams to improve campaign performance
- Generate performance reports and actionable insights
Requirements
- Prior experience handling large-scale brand budgets is preferred
- Hands-on experience running campaigns independently across Google, Meta, DSP, and Native
- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and optimization
- Experience in an agency or performance marketing environment is a plus
- Strong understanding of CPA, CPL, CPI, CPC & CPS campaign structures
- Ability to manage campaigns ownership end-to-end without constant supervision
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
