We are seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer with 5-7 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical design and development, with proficiency in CAD software and a solid understanding of engineering principles. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to create innovative solutions, conducting feasibility studies, and mentoring junior engineers. Responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical systems and components for various projects.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost estimates for new mechanical systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project specifications are met.
• Utilize CAD software to create detailed engineering drawings and models.
• Perform simulations and analyses to validate designs against performance requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve engineering issues during the manufacturing and testing phases.
• Prepare technical reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and interns in technical aspects.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 5-7 years of experience in mechanical design and development.
• Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or CATIA.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Experience with FEA (Finite Element Analysis) and CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) tools.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to mechanical engineering.
