u2022 Assists in analyzing engineering requirements to support the development of optimal design solutions for medical device components, ensuring compliance with industry standards, working under direct supervision.
u2022 Supports the development and execution of comprehensive test plans, procedures, and protocols to validate engineering designs, maintaining high-quality assurance standards.
u2022 Document design specifications, test results, and validation procedures accurately and thoroughly, ensuring records meet regulatory compliance requirements.
u2022 Participates in the implementation of design improvements based on testing and evaluation activities, contributing to innovation initiatives aimed at enhancing product quality and efficiency.
u2022 Assists in troubleshooting technical issues across hardware, software, or other technical components, working with senior engineers to identify and resolve complex challenges to minimize production downtime.
u2022 Tracks the performance and reliability of components and systems, identifying areas for improvement and supporting optimization initiatives under the guidance of senior engineers.
u2022 Follows company policies, procedures, and quality standards to ensure consistent compliance and excellence in execution.
u2022 Compiles technical findings, design proposals, and project updates to team members and stakeholders, effectively communicating complex engineering concepts in a clear and concise manner.
u2022 Implements engineering best practices and methodologies under the guidance of senior engineers to streamline design processes, improve efficiency, and reduce time-to-market for new products.
u2022 Assists in assessing feedback from testing and user experience to refine and enhance product designs, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and product performance.

Minimum 2 years of experience with Vocational Education in System Architecture, System Design, Hardware Engineering or equivalent OR no prior experience with Bachelor's Degree.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the companyu2019s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the companyu2019s main facilities, generally at the customersu2019 or suppliersu2019 locations.
