Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Develop mechanical designs for wastewater and sewage treatment plants (WWTP/STP).
Perform equipment sizing and selection for pumps, blowers, mixers, aerators, screens, and sludge handling equipment.
Prepare technical specifications, datasheets, and mechanical calculations.
Review vendor drawings and technical submissions.
Prepare and review P&IDs, GA drawings, and mechanical layouts.
Coordinate with civil, electrical, and process engineering teams.
Support procurement team in technical evaluation of vendors.
Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and designers.
Ensure designs comply with project specifications, codes, and safety standards.
Participate in project meetings, site visits, and troubleshooting activities when required.
