Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer. The role involves developing mechanical designs and components, creating detailed technical drawings, performing design validation and analysis, and leading product development projects. The role also requires the use of tools such as CAD software for modeling and supporting cross-functional teams in product development and testing. The candidate will collaborate closely with other engineers and departments to deliver high-quality products that meet customer and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Experience in Design Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Product Design
- Proficiency in Machine Design and knowledge of mechanical systems
- Advanced skills in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software for modeling and simulation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and materials
- Excellent project management, documentation, and communication abilities
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Experience in the automotive or HVAC industry is an advantage
