Senior Mechanical Design Engineer with strong expertise in
cooling system design and thermal management. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing and developing
cabinet cooling systems, chiller units, radiators, heat exchangers, and fan/blower-based thermal solutions for industrial applications. The role requires expertise in vibration analysis, compact system design, airflow optimization, and designing products that operate reliably under diverse environmental conditions. Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop cooling solutions including:
- Cabinet/enclosure cooling systems
- Chiller units
- Radiators and heat exchangers
- Fan and blower-based cooling systems
- Perform thermal analysis and heat dissipation calculations.
- Conduct vibration analysis to ensure product reliability and durability.
- Optimize airflow management and cooling efficiency.
- Design systems within strict space and packaging constraints.
- Develop solutions suitable for various environmental conditions, including:
- High-temperature environments
- Humid conditions
- Outdoor applications
- Dust-prone industrial environments
- Create detailed CAD models, manufacturing drawings, and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product development and manufacturing support.
- Support prototype development, testing, validation, and design improvements.
