responsible for designing and developing mechanical systems and components for various projects. You will
collaborate with cross-functional teams to create reliable and efficient designs, utilizing CAD software to
produce detailed drawings and specifications.

What do we need (Requirements):
- 3+ years of relevant experience in NPD
- Sound knowledge in SolidWorks / AutoCAD
- Hands-on experience in drafting, detailing, modelling, surfacing, and concept designing
- Specialising in all types of Metal & Plastics
- Specialised in all the fabrication technologies like cutting, forming, punching, stamping, shearing &
- welding
- Knowledge of material selection
- Knowledge in electromechanical system
- Cost Reduction in Product & Tooling
- DFM/DFS/DFA & DFMEA and Load test analysis
- Six Sigma and 5S
- VA / VE
- GD&T & Stack up analysis. Issues.
What will you do (Responsibilities):
- Designing: sheet metal, weldment, surface modeling, and molding.
- Generate detailed drawings for parts and assembly with suitable GD&T.
- Responsible for planning, designing, and developing new prototypes.
- Ability to translate design concepts into physical objects.
- Prepare bill of materials (BOM) for the projects.
- Analyze new components, materials, and technologies to make better products with minimal cost.
- Review prototypes and perform tests and finalise product design to facilitate mass production
- Root cause analysis
- Redesigning existing products to enhance functionality or reduce cost
- Preparation, review and control of internal technical documents
- Coordinating with the planning department, the manufacturing department, and the quality department.
