Position Summary

The Senior Maximo Consultant delivers functional consulting services across IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS 9) implementations. The role works closely with clients to configure solutions, conduct workshops and deliver high-quality project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements.
• Configure MAS 9 applications.
• Deliver client workshops.
• Configure Maximo Mobile.
• Prepare functional specifications.
• Support integrations with external systems.
• Conduct demonstrations.
• Execute configuration testing.
• Support UAT.
• Produce user documentation.
• Train client users.
• Assist deployment activities.

Required Experience

• 12+ years IBM Maximo experience.
• Multiple MAS implementation projects.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Work Orders
• Assets
• Locations
• Inventory
• Purchasing
• Preventive Maintenance
• Experience configuring Maximo Mobile.
• Experience working with business stakeholders.
• Understanding of Integration Framework.

• Proven experience delivering IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS 9) implementations in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience with Maximo Mobile deployment and configuration.
• Strong understanding of enterprise systems integration using the Maximo Integration Framework (MIF), REST APIs and middleware platforms.
• Excellent written and spoken English with the ability to produce high-quality documentation and confidently facilitate client workshops.
• Strong interpersonal skills with experience engaging business users, technical teams and executive stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary consulting teams while also operating independently when required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a focus on delivering practical business outcomes.
• Commitment to quality, continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as required and participate in hybrid delivery models.
