We're Hiring: Senior Marketplace Reconciliation & Data Analyst

RK Group is a diversified Bengaluru-based conglomerate operating across e-commerce, retail, technology, lending, and cross-border trade. We help global brands scale across Indian marketplaces — Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Nykaa, TataCliq. We're building our Reconciliation & Analytics function and need someone who can be the single source of truth for every sale, settlement, return, and claim.

What you'll own

• Sales vs settlement reconciliation — catch missing, short and excess settlements at Order ID/SKU level
• Validate marketplace charges (commission, shipping, fees) and detect revenue leakage
• Drive claims and recovery — LIT, damaged/missing inventory, reimbursements
• Inventory and returns reconciliation
• Build dashboards and management reports that drive decisions

You're a fit if you have

• 5–8 years in e-commerce / marketplace reconciliation, settlements or finance ops
• Hands-on with marketplace settlement and reimbursement reports
• Advanced Excel (Power Query, XLOOKUP, Pivots) — must-have
• SQL / Power BI / Tableau — strong plus
• You think like an auditor, investigate like a detective, analyse like a data analyst
