Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Marketplace Ads Manager with 4–5 years of strong hands-on experience in managing product advertising across major e-commerce and marketplace platforms.
The ideal candidate should have complete end-to-end experience in marketplace product ads, right from campaign planning, product selection, keyword research, budget allocation, campaign setup, execution, monitoring, optimization, reporting, and scaling.
This role requires someone who is highly analytical, strong with numbers, result-oriented, and capable of improving ROAS, visibility, traffic, conversions, ACOS, TACOS, and overall marketplace sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize product ad campaigns across Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, and other fast commerce platforms.
- Handle complete end-to-end execution of marketplace product ads, from campaign planning to final performance reporting.
- Manage Amazon Ads including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, keyword campaigns, product targeting campaigns, and category-level campaigns.
- Manage Flipkart Ads to improve product ranking, visibility, clicks, conversions, and sales performance.
- Execute and optimize product ads across fast commerce platforms based on platform opportunities, product availability, and sales priorities.
- Identify the right products to advertise based on sales potential, margin, stock availability, pricing, reviews, ratings, and competition.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, category analysis, and bid optimization.
- Monitor campaign performance daily across ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, CPC, CTR, CPM, CVR, spends, sales, and conversion rate.
- Optimize bids, budgets, keywords, product targets, campaign structures, and placements to improve performance.
- Build and manage advertising strategies for product launches, seasonal campaigns, marketplace offers, sale events, and special promotions.
- Work closely with internal teams for product listings, creatives, pricing, inventory, offers, and marketplace operations.
- Analyze campaign data and share actionable insights with clear next steps.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Take ownership of ad spends and ensure budgets are used efficiently across all marketplace platforms.
- Track marketplace trends, competitor campaigns, pricing movements, and promotional opportunities.
- Scale high-performing products and reduce spends on low-performing campaigns.
- Skills and Requirements
- 4–5 years of relevant experience in marketplace advertising, performance marketing, or e-commerce ads management.
- Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Advertising is mandatory.
- Strong working knowledge of Flipkart Ads is mandatory.
- Experience with fast commerce advertising platforms such as Zepto, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, and similar platforms is highly preferred.
- Must have experience in managing product ads end-to-end, from planning to execution and reporting.
- Strong understanding of marketplace ad metrics such as ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, CTR, CPC, CPM, CVR, conversion rate, and customer acquisition cost.
- Strong analytical and numerical ability.
- Candidate should have scored at least 80% marks in Mathematics in academics.
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills for reporting, analysis, and performance tracking.
- Good understanding of product listings, marketplace search behavior, pricing, inventory, offers, reviews, ratings, and sales funnels.
- Ability to make data-driven decisions and optimize campaigns based on performance.
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to manage multiple platforms and campaigns simultaneously.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Preferred Candidate Profile
- Has handled marketplace ads for consumer brands, e-commerce brands, B2C brands, or product-based businesses.
- Has experience managing sizeable ad spends across Amazon, Flipkart, and fast commerce platforms.
- Understands how to select the right products for ads based on margin, demand, ranking, stock, competition, and conversion potential.
- Can independently plan, execute, optimize, and report ad campaigns without constant supervision.
- Has a strong understanding of both performance marketing and marketplace growth.
- Comfortable working from office and collaborating with internal teams.
- Additional Responsibility
- Support basic e-commerce operations by tracking, managing, and raising tickets for returns, claims, and marketplace-related issues across Amazon, Flipkart, and fast commerce platforms when required.
- Role Objective
- The Senior Marketplace Ads Manager will be responsible for driving marketplace sales growth through high-performing product ad campaigns. The main objective of this role is to improve product visibility, traffic, conversions, and sales while maintaining healthy ROAS, controlled ACOS, and efficient ad spends across all marketplace and fast commerce platforms.
