Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic marketing leader to drive global marketing strategy and market positioning for HCLTech's Financial Services business. This role will be responsible for building differentiated market narratives, accelerating business growth, strengthening executive client engagement and driving integrated marketing programs aligned to the evolving needs of the Financial Services industry.

The candidate should bring a strong strategic marketing and go-to-market mindset, with deep expertise in integrated marketing, executive engagement, thought leadership and demand generation. This role requires the ability to influence senior stakeholders, align marketing initiatives with business priorities and translate complex transformation capabilities into compelling market-facing narratives that deliver measurable business outcomes.

As a strategic partner to business and sales leadership, the role will play a critical part in enhancing HCLTech's market visibility, strengthening client relationships and positioning the organization as a trusted transformation partner across the Financial Services ecosystem.

g• Define and drive the global integrated marketing strategy for HCLTech's Financial Services business, aligned with growth priorities and market opportunities

.• Strengthen HCLTech's positioning by developing differentiated narratives focused on transformation, innovation, AI, digital engineering and customer experience

.• Translate business priorities, industry trends, and client challenges into strategic marketing initiatives and executive-level messaging

.Executive Engagement & Thought Leadershi

p• Lead strategic executive engagement programs, including CXO roundtables, leadership forums, industry events and client experiences, to strengthen market influence and client relationships

.• Develop high-impact thought leadership campaigns and content strategies that position HCLTech as a trusted transformation partner in the Financial Services industry

.• Collaborate with leadership teams to amplify strategic messaging across key industry platforms, media engagements and customer conversations

.Integrated Demand Generation & Growth Marketin

g• Drive full-funnel, multi-channel marketing programs spanning brand awareness, demand generation, account-based marketing and client engagement

.• Lead integrated campaigns across digital, events, content, partner marketing, and executive programs, with a strong focus on accelerating pipeline and driving business impact

.• Ensure marketing effectiveness through measurable KPIs, analytics-driven optimization, and alignment with revenue and growth objectives

t• Partner closely with business and sales teams to shape go-to-market strategies for Financial Services solutions

.• Develop compelling value propositions, strategic messaging frameworks and client-centric campaigns to drive market penetration and sales enablement
