Job Description

Position Summary

As a Senior Marketing Operations Specialist (6sense) with 2X, you will support B2B revenue and demand generation teams by executing, optimizing, and reporting on account-based marketing (ABM) programs across 6sense and connected marketing technology platforms. You will build target account segments, manage audience activations, coordinate campaign execution across channels, and translate intent, engagement, and buying-stage signals into actionable operational workflows for marketing and sales teams. This role is open to qualified candidates based in India, with remote work considered for candidates and relocation to the Philippines recommended where feasible.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day 6sense campaign operations, including segment creation, audience validation, activation setup, QA, monitoring, and post-launch maintenance.
  • Build and maintain 6sense account segments using firmographic, technographic, intent, engagement, predictive stage, ICP, and CRM/MAP data inputs.
  • Execute ABM and demand generation workflows across 6sense and connected platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot/Account Engagement, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and other advertising or sales engagement tools.
  • Support multi-channel account activations, including paid media audiences, sales alerts, contact acquisition/enrichment workflows, email nurture audiences, and campaign suppression or inclusion lists.
  • Partner with campaign, demand generation, revenue operations, and sales teams to translate campaign briefs into accurate 6sense segments, activation logic, launch checklists, and reporting requirements.
  • Monitor account engagement, intent trends, campaign performance, pipeline influence, and audience health; prepare clear operational reports and optimization recommendations.
  • Perform rigorous QA on segments, syncs, CRM/MAP field mapping, audience counts, exclusions, UTM conventions, campaign naming, and data handoffs before campaign launch.
  • Maintain clean documentation for 6sense workflows, naming conventions, segment logic, QA steps, troubleshooting notes, and campaign performance learnings.
  • Investigate and resolve operational issues related to segment membership, audience syncing, data quality, CRM/MAP integration, campaign tracking, and reporting discrepancies.
  • Support email campaign operations, nurture flows, A/B testing, landing page updates, database updates, reporting, and other marketing operations requests as needed.
  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing operations workflows, reduce manual effort, strengthen governance, and improve speed, accuracy, and repeatability of campaign execution.

6sense-Specific Scope

  • Create, refine, and audit 6sense segments for target account lists, buying stages, intent topics, persona groups, regional markets, verticals, products, and campaign exclusions.
  • Set up and monitor activations to advertising channels, CRM, MAP, LinkedIn, sales alerts, enrichment workflows, or other connected tools based on client requirements.
  • Use 6sense insights such as predictive buying stage, account fit, intent signals, website engagement, and account activity to support campaign prioritization and routing logic.
  • Assist with 6sense reporting and dashboards, including audience performance, account progression, engagement, influenced pipeline, and sales follow-up indicators.
  • Support documentation and governance for 6sense taxonomy, naming conventions, field dependencies, permissions, QA checklists, and campaign launch processes.

What You Need to Succeed

  • 3-7+ years of relevant experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, Demand Generation Operations, ABM Operations, Campaign Operations, or a related B2B marketing role.
  • Hands-on experience with 6sense is required or strongly preferred, especially segment building, account selection, audience activation, intent-based workflows, campaign reporting, or CRM/MAP integrations.
  • Strong understanding of ABM concepts, including ICP, target account lists, intent data, buying stages, account engagement, sales alerts, audience suppression, and pipeline influence reporting.
  • Experience with at least one major CRM or MAP such as Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot/Account Engagement, Adobe Campaign, or similar platforms.
  • Comfortable working with campaign data, account lists, field mapping, Excel/Google Sheets, QA checklists, segmentation logic, and performance reports.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and international clients, clarify campaign requirements, document workflows, and communicate operational risks or recommendations clearly.
  • Detail-oriented, structured, methodical, and able to manage multiple campaign requests while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to investigate data discrepancies, platform sync issues, audience mismatches, and campaign execution blockers.
  • Demonstrated interest in continued skills development across martech, ABM, marketing automation, analytics, AI-enabled revenue platforms, and B2B growth technology.
  • Proficient in Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, and Excel; comfortable reviewing CSV files, campaign trackers, and structured data exports.
