Senior Marketing Manager

Role Summary:

We are looking for a senior marketing professional with strong communication and leadership skills who can lead designers, creative teams, and senior marketing resources. The role requires hands-on experience in digital marketing, YouTube strategy, creative direction, PR coordination, team briefing, and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage designers, creative teams, and senior marketing resources  

* Strong communication skills to brief, guide, and align teams clearly  

* Plan and execute YouTube content strategy (creatives, thumbnails, titles, growth)  

* Oversee poster creatives, branding, and visual communication  

* Provide clear creative briefs to designers and content teams  

* Ensure timely follow-ups and coordination across marketing functions  

* Act as a leader and mentor for the marketing and creative team  

* Coordinate PR notes, press communication, and brand messaging  

* Maintain brand consistency across all marketing platforms  

* Review creatives and ensure quality, timelines, and performance  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills  

* Proven experience in leading marketing and creative teams  

* Strong understanding of design, creatives, and branding  

* Experience handling YouTube marketing and digital content  

* Ability to give clear briefings and constructive feedback  

* Strong leadership and people management skills  

* Strategic thinking with execution capability  

Preferred Profile:

* Senior marketing professional with leadership experience  

* Ability to manage multiple teams and campaigns simultaneously
