About the Role
We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused Digital Marketing & Campaign Lead to own and scale digital presence and integrated marketing initiatives. This role will partner closely with product, sales, and leadership teams to translate product strategy into compelling market-facing narratives, drive demand, and deliver measurable business impact.
Responsibilities
- Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Own and manage digital presence, including the corporate website and social media channels (LinkedIn, YouTube).
- Develop, publish, and optimize content aligned with brand voice, audience needs, and evolving product positioning.
- Implement SEO best practices, including AI-driven SEO techniques, to improve website visibility and performance.
- Track, analyse, and report on digital performance metrics to continuously refine strategy and increase engagement.
- Design and execute segmented email marketing campaigns using platforms such as HubSpot and Salesforce to nurture leads and support business objectives.
- Integrated Campaign Leadership
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of marketing campaignsfrom planning and execution to reporting and optimization.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and retention teams to ensure messaging alignment and campaign success.
- Build and maintain campaign frameworks, templates, and processes to ensure consistency, efficiency, and clarity.
- Measure and report on campaign ROI, lead generation, pipeline impact, and engagement metrics to inform future initiatives.
- Strategic Planning & Product Alignment
- Translate product strategy and roadmap into clear, compelling external messaging.
- Actively participate in go-to-market planning to align marketing efforts with product launch timelines.
- Execute marketing launch plans that support broader product and business initiatives.
- Maintain close collaboration with the product team to stay aligned with roadmap updates and positioning changes.
- Develop sales enablement assets, including product tear sheets, pitch decks, and client-facing presentations.
- Leadership & Mentorship
- Serve as a key leader within the marketing team, mentoring junior team members and fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
- Partner with executive leadership to ensure alignment on marketing strategy, priorities, and professional development goals.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of marketing processes, skills, and best practices across the team.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in digital marketing, integrated campaigns, and product marketing.
- Strong hands-on experience with SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce preferred).
- Ability to analyse performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Experience working cross-functionally with product, sales, and leadership teams.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated leadership or mentorship experience within a marketing team.
