Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Marketing Manager based in Beawar. The Senior Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies to strengthen the Prem Cables brand and drive demand across target segments. Responsibilities include planning and managing product and portfolio positioning, creating go-to-market plans, and overseeing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. The role will involve conducting market and competitor analysis, tracking industry trends, and using data to optimize campaigns and budgets. The Senior Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with sales, production, and leadership teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals, support key account acquisition, manage external agencies or vendors, and prepare regular performance reports and presentations for senior management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B industrial or manufacturing marketing, preferably in cables, power, or related infrastructure sectors.
- Strong skills in developing and executing marketing strategies, including market segmentation, positioning, and go-to-market planning.
- Experience managing digital and offline campaigns, including brand building, product marketing, and lead-generation initiatives.
- Ability to conduct market research and competitor analysis, interpret data, and translate insights into actionable marketing plans.
- Demonstrated capability in stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and leading or mentoring marketing team members.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create clear presentations, reports, and marketing content.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Comfort with marketing tools and analytics platforms; familiarity with CRM and sales enablement tools is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification (e.g., MBA in Marketing) is an added advantage.
