At least 5- 8 years in relevant field i.e plastics/ Polymer/Compounding industry. We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Marketing Manager for North INDIA segment to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing strategies to promote our products, strengthen our brand, and support sales growth.Key Areas: -Identify new markets, customer needs, and potential clients, Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships, Client Relationship Management, Sales Strategy & Target Achievement, Market Research & Analysis, Proposal Development & Negotiation, Prepare business proposals, quotations, and presentations, Coordinate with marketing, operations, and product teams for seamless execution, Provide customer feedback to improve offerings and services, Maintain records of sales activities, client interactions, and forecasts, Prepare weekly/monthly reports for senior management.
