Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to drive our product marketing and digital engagement strategies. In this role, you will lead digital marketing efforts with a strong focus on social media, content-driven campaigns, and data-driven lead generation to elevate our brand presence and customer engagement.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in marketing SaaS or technology products , with a deep understanding of digital marketing tools, automation, and analytics. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and analytical skills to craft compelling messaging and execute high-impact campaigns.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention for our product offerings.
Own and optimize our social media presence, content strategy, and audience engagement across platforms .
Plan, implement, and analyze multi-channel marketing campaigns that align with our growth objectives and customer personas.
Leverage marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Constant Contact, etc.) to drive lead nurturing, customer journeys, and personalized marketing.
Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Engineering teams to position our products effectively in the market.
Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor strategies, ensuring our marketing initiatives remain innovative and competitive.
Measure and report on marketing performance, using data-driven insights to optimize campaign effectiveness and improve conversion rates.
Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and performance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within a technology or product-driven company (SaaS, enterprise software, or IT solutions).
Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, and digital advertising.
Strong analytical mindset with a proven ability to use data to optimize marketing performance .
Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to create compelling product messaging that resonates with target audiences.
Experience working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented product environment with cross-functional collaboration.
Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of mentoring and growing high-performing teams.
