INCUS is a daily-defence skincare brand built for Indian men, launching May 2026. The hero product is a clinically formulated SPF 50 PA++++ sunscreen using a modern UV filter stack (Tinosorb S, Uvinul A Plus, Uvinul T 150, Niacinamide) — engineered for Indian heat, sweat, and the 30 seconds men actually have in the morning. Premium positioning, ₹349 hero, with a ₹149 trial tube as the entry point. INCUS sits at the intersection of clinical credibility and male daily-use behaviour, solving for a category gap where grooming brands are male-coded but weak on formulation, while science-led brands are formulation-strong but not built around the male occasion. The brand is founded by Shivam Khanna, who previously built and exited eské, a premium D2C leather goods brand. INCUS is being built with a small, hands-on team that values clarity, speed, and craft.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing & Content Associate based in Mumbai. The Marketing & Content Associate will own the day-to-day execution of INCUS's content and community engine from pre-launch through the first year. Day-to-day responsibilities include running the @incuscare Instagram account, shooting and editing organic content with the founder (Reels, Stories, BTS, founder POV), writing captions and short-form copy, briefing and seeding creators, managing the content calendar, and tracking weekly engagement and growth metrics. The role also involves coordinating with creators and vendors, supporting community management across DMs and comments, and ensuring the brand voice ships consistently across every touchpoint. Brand strategy and paid media sit with the founder (with fractional performance support); this role owns content execution and velocity.
