Key Responsibilities
- Brand & Communication
- Own brand positioning across all customer touchpoints: website, packaging, retail, events, and campaigns.
- Build and maintain a strong, consistent brand narrative for aromatherapy, clean fragrances, rituals, and manifestation products.
- Lead development of creative assets, content calendars, and messaging frameworks.
- Social Media & Community
- Build Nytarra's digital personality across Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, and creators.
- Manage influencer partnerships end-to-endshortlisting, negotiation, briefs, tracking ROI.
- Offline Marketing & Retail Activation
- Lead all offline brand visibility: pop-ups, exhibitions, events, flea markets, retail counters, partner stores.
- Drive in-store branding, sampling programs, and offline customer experience.
- Build partnerships with yoga studios, wellness centers, spas, hotels, and corporates for bulk purchasing.
- Lead packaging innovation and offline customer journey improvements
- Data, Reporting & Growth Ownership
- Own monthly marketing plan, budgets, and forecasts.
- Track performance metrics: ROAS, CAC, retention, AOV, repeat rate, brand recall, and offline revenue.
- Present clear dashboards and insights to the founder.
