About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Senior Marketing Manager to lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, lead generation, and business growth. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in digital marketing, campaign management, brand positioning, market analysis, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities Strategic
Marketing & Planning
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Create annual and quarterly marketing plans with measurable KPIs.
• Analyse market trends, competitors, and customer behaviours to identify growth opportunities.
• Build brand positioning strategies to enhance market presence.
Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
• Lead digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, paid campaigns, email marketing, and social media. • Drive lead generation campaigns to support sales and business development teams.
• Optimize conversion rates and customer acquisition channels.
• Monitor marketing ROI and campaign performance. • Content Marketing
Brand Management
• Strengthen brand awareness and maintain consistent messaging across all channels.
• Oversee content strategy, promotional campaigns, and external communications.
• Ensure brand guidelines are followed across marketing materials.
Team Management
• Manage and mentor the marketing team.
• Coordinate with sales, HR, product, and leadership teams for campaign execution.
• Delegate tasks and monitor performance to achieve marketing objectives.
Campaign Management
• Plan and execute online/offline marketing campaigns, events, webinars, and promotional activities.
• Evaluate campaign effectiveness and prepare performance reports.
• Manage vendor and agency relationships.
Budget & Reporting
• Prepare and manage marketing budgets effectively.
• Track marketing KPIs and present reports to senior leadership.
• Ensure cost optimization while maximizing campaign impact.
